During our first project meeting our project manager will talk about several different topics with your company representatives. Some of the things will discuss are:

• Determining specific strategies and goals for your site
• Find out who your target demographics will be
• Explore technology options that will be needed
• We will help you set up a competitive analysis to see what your competitors are doing.

In this stage of the process, we will help you determine what types functional elements your site will use. Some of these elements could be:

• search bars
• downloads
• photo
• galleries
• emails
• shopping cart

We will also help you layout and structure pages in a way that will allow users to find what they need quickly. Elements that will be discussed are: navigation

• tabs
• photos
• text

3. During this process, our designer will create several different template options. With the input of your company representatives and your clients, we will create a design that exceeds your expectations.

The programmers will take the information acquired from the first 3 steps and develop a CMS (Content Management System) that is tailor made for your companies improvement. This content management system will allow you to update and manage your website without our assistance. It is our goal to make sure your development needs are meet, because of this we will continue communication through out the development of your project.

Once we have designed the template, implemented content, and developed the custom software it is time for your company to learn how to use it. We will set up a meeting with you to show you exactly how to run your site yourself.

At this point your site will be available for your customers to view and use.
